SSM03单组份手刮聚脲防水防护涂层是德国Drache Handels UG 公司于二十一

世纪研发的一种单组份手刮厚涂型聚脲防水防护涂层材料，该产品施工后依靠空气中的潮气固化，由于其独特的化学结构，具有卓越的施工性能、防水性能和防护性能。

五、施工注意事项Construction precautions

♦ 产品使用之前，请认真阅读产品使用说明书；

♦ 施工环境温度0℃-45℃，相对空气湿度 ≤90%，基层露点温度 ≥3℃为宜；

♦ 各种基层涂刮前，应进行相应的处理（咨询SSM技术人员），并施工相对应的底涂；

♦ 本产品可在零下10℃的低温情况下使用。如在低温环境使用时，建议先将涂料桶放置在有空调的房间中保持24小时以上；

♦ 本产品在出厂时已经按需要调整了涂料粘度，施工人员不能私自继续添加稀释剂；

♦ 一遍涂刮厚度控制在800-1200微米为宜；

♦ 覆涂间隔：4-24h，如覆涂时间超过24小时或表面有积灰，建议用砂纸打磨并清洁后或涂抹界面剂后再施工；

♦ 建议涂装方法: 刮板刮涂

♦ 施工现场注意通风、防火；

♦ 产品保质期自生产日起并确保未开封的状态下6个月。

储存环境温度：5℃-32℃

在阴凉、通风的环境下储存，避免阳光直射，远离热源。

♦ Before using the product, please read the product manual carefully;

♦ Construction ambient temperature 0℃-45℃, relative air humidity ≤90%, base dew point temperature ≥3℃ is appropriate;

♦ Before various base coating and scraping, the corresponding treatment should be carried out (consult SSM technicians), and the corresponding base coating should be constructed;

♦ This product can be used at a low temperature of minus 10℃. If used in a low temperature environment, it is recommended to place the paint bucket in an air-conditioned room for more than 24 hours;

♦ The viscosity of the coating has been adjusted according to the need when the product leaves the factory, and the construction personnel cannot continue to add diluent without permission;

♦ The thickness of a brushing is controlled at 800-1200 microns;

♦ Coating interval: 4-24h, if the coating time is more than 24 hours or the surface has dust, it is recommended to sand and clean or apply the interface agent before construction;
