一、产品介绍Product introduction

SSM09单组份金属防腐涂层是德国Drache Handels UG 公司于二十一世纪研发的一种选用高性能防腐树脂为成膜基料辅以亮泽型片状金属材料而组成，其成膜树脂中含有大量醚键、脲键、缩二脲键、氨酯键和氢键，使成膜后涂层致密、坚韧，具有优异的机械物理性能和防腐蚀性能；经过预处理后的金属片状材料成膜时能均匀、有序的排布，由于其长径比突出，防腐蚀能力强，应用中大大加长了腐蚀介质渗透破坏的距离，使得涂层可以在较薄的状况下起到厚膜涂层才能达到的作用。选用的金属材料为亮泽型片状物，可有效反射掉光与热辐射，达到降温、节能的效果，可使生产、办公环境更舒适，储存的物料性能更稳定。涂层中的金属片状物自下而上的搭接，使涂层具有导电作用，可以防止静电集聚，符合安全生产环境要求。

SSM09 single-component metal anti-corrosion coating is a kind of high-performance anti-corrosion resin developed by Drache Handels UG companyfrom Germany in the 21st century. It is composed of high performance anti-corrosion resin as film forming base material and bright sheet metal material. The film forming resin contains a large number of ether bonds, urea bonds, biuret bonds, ammonia ester bonds and hydrogen bonds, which makes the film coating dense and tough. Excellent mechanical and physical properties and anti-corrosion properties; After pretreatment, the metal sheet material can be uniformly and orderly arranged when forming a film. Due to its prominent length-diameter ratio and strong anti-corrosion ability, the application greatly lengthens the penetration and damage distance of the corrosive medium, so that the coating can play the role of the thick film coating in the thin condition. The selected metal material is a glossy flake, which can effectively reflect light and heat radiation, achieve cooling and energy saving effects, make the production and office environment more comfortable, and store the material performance more stable. The bottom-up lap of the metal sheet in the coating makes the coating conductive, which can prevent electrostatic accumulation and meet the requirements of safe production environment.

五、施工注意事项Construction precautions

♦ 产品使用之前，请认真阅读产品使用说明书；

♦推荐干膜厚度：120-240um（或按设计要求），表面处理：建议喷砂除锈，达到ISO8501-1或GB8923标准的Sa2.5级，覆涂间隔：2-24h，如覆涂时间超过24小时或表面有积灰，建议用砂纸打磨并清洁后再施工建议涂装方法:无气喷涂，空气喷涂，刷涂，滚涂；

♦施工环境温度-5℃- +35℃，相对空气湿度 45%-85%，基层露点温度≥3℃为宜；

♦施工基层处理

金属表面：建议喷砂除锈，达到ISO8501-1或GB8923标准的Sa2.5级。

混凝土表面：达到坚固、密实、平整、干净、干燥状态。不应有起砂、起壳、裂缝、蜂窝麻面等现象。通常需要用腻子修补。

木材表面：干净，干燥，没有毛刺，碎片和松散的碎片。

其它材质基层的应用处理可咨询圣士曼技术人员。

♦本产品可在零下10℃的低温情况下使用。如在低温环境使用时，建议先将涂料桶放置在有空调的房间中保持24小时以上；

♦圣士曼建议每次使用前先将涂料上下搅拌均匀，使用多少、倒出多少，并迅速将桶盖盖紧。使用后的涂料不得再倒回原桶中。倒出来的涂料须在1小时内用完；

♦本产品在出厂时已经按需要调整了涂料粘度，施工人员不能私自继续添加稀释剂，如因环境、温度原因粘度发生变化需要调整的，应电话询问供应方，在获得指导认可后方可添加指定专用稀释剂；

♦ 施工人员必须佩戴防护口罩、防护镜等防护工作服；

♦ 施工过程中，做好通风和防火；

储存环境温度：5℃—35℃。产品保质期自生产日起并确保未开封的状态下

♦ St. Schmann recommends mixing the paint up and down before each use, how much to use, how much to pour out, and quickly close the lid. After use, the paint must not be poured back into the original bucket. The poured paint must be used up within 1 hour;

♦ This product at the factory has been adjusted according to the need to adjust the viscosity of the paint, the construction personnel can not continue to add diluent privately, such as due to the environment, temperature changes in viscosity need to be adjusted, should call the supplier, after obtaining guidance approval can add designated special diluent;

♦ Construction personnel must wear protective work clothes such as protective masks and goggles;
