SSM23 水下固化涂料是德国Drache Handels UG 公司于二十一世纪研发的一种由
环氧树脂、钛白粉、体系填料、助剂和特种胺固化剂等配制而成的双组份防腐涂料。本产品可水下施工固化，涂层致密，坚固耐磨损、防腐性能优异。
SSM23 underwater curing coating is a kind of coating developed by Drache Handels UG in the 21st century A two-component anticorrosive coating made of epoxy resin, titanium dioxide, system filler, auxiliary agent and special amine curing agent. This product can be cured in underwater construction, the coating is dense, strong wear resistance, excellent anti-corrosion performance.

五、施工注意事项Construction precautions
♦ 施工应用指导
推荐干膜厚度：200-500um
覆涂间隔：最小：1小时；最大：48小时
适用期：≤1h (20℃) (随温度升高而缩短)
建议涂装方法:滚涂、刷涂、刮涂施工。
刷涂：混合过程中用低速搅拌混合5- 10min。
♦ Construction application guidance
Recommended dry film thickness: 200-500um
Coating interval: min. 1 hour; Max. 48 hours
Application period: ≤ 1h (20℃) (shortened with temperature increase)
Recommended coating method: roller coating, brush coating, scraping coating construction.
Brush coating: mixing process with low speed mixing 5-10min.
♦施工环境
环境温度:5-35℃，底材温度低于5℃时，环氧与固化剂的固化反应停止，不宜室外施工。
相对湿度：40-85%
♦ Construction environment
Ambient temperature :5-35℃, when the substrate temperature is lower than 5℃, the curing reaction of epoxy and curing agent stops, and outdoor construction is not suitable.

♦施工基层处理
水上施工时：
氧化皮钢材:喷砂处理至Sa2.5 级，表面粗糙度30-75μm或采用酸洗处理至除尽全部氧化皮、铁锈，并进行彻底的中和、水洗和钝化。
无氧化皮钢材：喷砂处理至Sa2.5 级或以风动或电动弹性砂轮片打磨至St3 级。
涂有车间底漆钢材：漆膜损伤处、锈蚀处及锌粉底漆上的白锈处进行二次除锈，除尽白锈并打磨至St3 级。
♦ Construction base treatment
When working on water:
Oxide steel: sandblasting to Sa2.5 grade, surface roughness 30-75μm or pickling to remove all the oxide, rust, and thorough neutralization, washing and passivation.
Non-oxide steel: sandblasting to Sa2.5 or grinding to St3 with pneumatic or electric elastic grinding wheel.
Steel coated with workshop primer: the damaged parts of paint film, the rust parts and the white rust parts on zinc powder primer shall be cleaned twice, and the white rust shall be removed and polished to St3 level.
♦水下施工时：
将基层表面的杂物、污垢、疏松物清理干净。
其它材质基层的应用处理可咨询圣士曼技术人员。
♦ During underwater construction:
Clean up the debris, dirt and loose matter on the surface of the base layer.
The application of other material bases can be consulted by the Saint Si Man technicians.
♦施工注意事项
被涂刷表面要处理干净，无油污、无灰尘、无结垢物。
本品为双组份，使用前先将B组份搅拌均匀，然后按重量比A：B=20：6配制，混合后用电动搅拌器搅拌均匀。
配制好的材料建议在1小时内用完，使用剩余的产品不可倒回原料桶中。
♦ Construction precautions
The surface to be brushed should be treated clean, no oil, no dust, no scaling.
This product is A two-component, before use, mix the B component evenly, and then prepare according to the weight ratio A: B= 20:6, mix with an electric mixer.
The prepared material is recommended to be used up within 1 hour, and the remaining product can not be poured back into the raw material bucket.
♦产品包装及保质期
包装：A组料10公斤/桶，B组料6公斤/桶
储存环境温度：5-35℃
产品保质期：12个月（未开封），确保产品包装密封完好
在阴凉，通风的环境下储存，避免阳光的直射。
♦ Product packaging and shelf life
Packing: Group A material 10 kg/barrel, Group B material 6 kg/barrel
Storage ambient temperature: 5-35℃
Product shelf life: 12 months (unopened), ensure that the product packaging is sealed
Store in a cool, ventilated environment away from direct sunlight.
